Well it was good to get a nice little win under our belt last week.

We’ve had a lot of cashes – some at very high odds – in the past few weeks, but our last actual tournament winner was Deam Burmester at the Tshwane Open.

Of course it’s golf and when I’m betting I’m betting with the intention to win the E/W bets and anything else is a bonus – but it’s still nice to get the W.

It could have been a much better week of course – Tommy Fleetwood came 2 strokes from cashing in the Irish Open for an additional bonus and Matsuyama came close too.

In the Greenbrier Classic we had contenders in both Danny Lee and Webb Simpson.

Alas it was only RAHMBO that could save the day for us:

Props to Rahm for that win!

Alright onto this week.

We have the Open next week and a lot of my focus is going towards that. It’s also a bit late in the day so I’m unfortunately not going to be doing write-ups for the golf this week. Just quick bullet points listing who I’m betting and the price and what the bet is.

Big thanks to everyone who has been sharing the site socially to access the tips. I’ll turn that off this week.

Let’s get to it:

John Deere Classic 2017 Betting Tips:

  • Johnson Wagner: 1/4 unit to win & E/W
  • Danny Lee: 1/4 unit to win & E/W

That’s the only two bets for the John Deere Classic. There was a lot of possibilities but nothing I could really hang my hat on and feel confident about. The only other one I do like is Daniel Berger but his odds of 12/1 are utter crap to be honest. I might bet it just for entertainment but I can’t advise it at those odds.

Scottish Open 2017 Betting Tips:

Looking forward to seeing this course. Much like last week it’s based more on a few guesstimates involving what will be a factor on this course. Worked out last time with Rahm so let’s hope for more of the same here.

  • Bernd Wiesberger
  • Peter Hanson
  • Ryan Fox
  • Lucas Bjerregaard
  • Peter Uihlein
  • Scott Jamieson
  • Rikard Karlberg

All are a 1/4 unit to win & E/W.

In terms of confidence, it’s really just throwing wet toilet paper at the wall and hoping one sticks. Hard to really guess this course. It’s up to you if you want to follow them or not as it’s a gamble much like last week. The two I like the most are Jamieson and Fox. Almost tempted to do 1/2 unit but I’ll stick with a quarter unit.

I also like Rickie Fowler but 8/1? No thanks.
