Serie A Bets: Dec 23, 2020

A slight winning day on the 20th. We lost with the draw in Spurs vs Leicester in a bit of a surprise with Leicester running out 2-0 winners. Great result for them. Man Utd delivered as expected for the win.

I wish I had backed Draw or Sheff Utd now as I liked that one – I just couldn’t quite advise it. Would have made for a fun game with how Sheff Utd were down to 10 men and Brighton were just firing but couldn’t equalize up until the last few minutes.

Going to tackle the Serie A action taking place on Wednesday, December 23rd now.

Will just look through the games – as we have quite a few of them – and pick out any bets that meet my fancy.

1u on Lazio or Draw at 1.66 odds (vs AC Milan). As someone who grew up watching AC Milan and the likes of Van Basten and Gullitt, I’m loving how they are performing this year. I just feel this is going to be a tricky clash and one they will drop points at. I even think Lazio might pull off a win but it’s hard to bet that right now with the way AC are playing.

Lazio have struggled a fair bit with their schedule and injuries but have been doing very well. They’ve got an easier schedule coming up and Milan are missing a few players here. I think Lazio to get at least a point.

And actually that’s all I see for this one. I was curious about Roma vs Cagliari and that was the other one I was really analyzing. It’s an interesting one because I think after conceding 4 last time out, Roma play more tight like we saw them do recently. So I was debating the handicap or the clean sheet or BTTS = No. At the end of the day I just didn’t have confidence.

One thing I have learned is not to force picks and so that’s what I am going to do here – stick with just the lone bet.
