UFC 265 takes place this Saturday night.
It’s headlined by Derrick Lewis vs Ciryl Gane which will hopefully be a banger although I have my doubts. Derrick Lewis is a big underdog in that one. The rest of the main card is fairly balanced in terms of odds so should be some close fights.
We’ve also got Jose Aldo on the card fighting Pedro Munhoz, Michael Chiesa vs Vicente Luque and Tecia Torres vs Angela Hill.
Let’s see what we have betting tips wise.
1u on Derrick Lewis To Win by KO at +375
I mean how can you not? Look in any heavyweight fight it’s well worth betting the underdog as they all have that one KO power. Ciryl Gane is better than Lewis in every freaking way. This is a horrible, horrible style matchup for Lewis and I don’t expect anything.
Gane will likely stay at range and just pick him apart. But it just takes one punch and I feel this is a decent enough bet.
1u on Pedro Munhoz to Win at +100
I mean it’s really not a bet for him, as much as it is a bet against Aldo.
Aldo is one of those well known guys whose odds always go in his favour simply due to a lot of casual betting, and people betting on the Jose Aldo of old. Aldo got the win over Vera but prior to that had 3 losses.
Munhoz is more durable and I think this one is worth a small bet.
1u on Vicente Luque vs Michael Chiesa to go the distance at -120
This is a fight I am really looking forward to. I am conflicted on who will win but I do think it will go the distance. I’d lean Chiesa there but either way I think this is a close one that goes all the way.
2u on Victoria Leonado To Win at -105
I loved the performance Leonard brought out in that fight against Chelsea Hackett. She got stopped by Fiorot but I thought she had an aggressive game to her and could do better here. Gatto we haven’t seen in years and unless she has really changed since we last saw her, I like Leonardo to dominate her here with the wrestling.

Odds wise thias hbeen tight and this is a tight fight for sure.
I like Vince Morales a lot. He’s coming in having not fought in awhile. But Rodriguez has a lot going for him. He’s young, solid submission skills, and you know he is going to be kicking low against Morales.
This is one where it’s very close but the more I look at it, the more I like Drako.
